1. Refund Policy

Full refunds will be issued for software support subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of the purchase date. For cancellations beyond the 7-day period, no refund will be granted.
1.2 Refund Processing
Upon receiving a valid refund request, we will initiate the refund process within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
1.3 Refund Exclusion
Refunds are not applicable for the following scenarios:
Cancellation requests received after the 7-day refund period
Customizations or modifications made to the software
Support services rendered during the subscription period
Software licenses purchased through third-party vendors
2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your software support subscription by contacting our customer support team via email or phone. Please provide your order details and the reason for cancellation.
2.2 Cancellation Effective Date
Cancellation requests will be effective immediately upon confirmation of your request. You will continue to have access to the software support services until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be incurred.
2.3 Pro-Rated Refunds
For cancellations made after the start of a billing cycle, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the unused portion of the subscription period. The refund amount will be calculated by dividing the total subscription fee by the number of days in the billing cycle and multiplying the result by the number of days remaining in the billing cycle at the time of cancellation.
